UI/UX design services for websites and SaaS from prototype to UI
About the service
UI/UX design services shape how people move through your website or product (UX) and how every screen looks and feels (UI), from the first prototype to final Figma mockups. You need them for a new site or web product, a redesign, or when visitors leave without reaching out.
We’re a UX/UI design agency with in-house development: research and a prototype come first, then a cinematic, story-driven interface. Every screen is designed from scratch around your brand and your customer’s path, with no off-the-shelf themes. Our designer has 8+ years on strong product teams, and since our SEO specialist sits on the same team, the structure accounts for search from the start.
You get a prototype, layouts for every screen size, a UI kit, and Figma source files; we build the site or hand them to your team. As a web design agency in Ukraine, we work remotely with clients in the US, Europe, and Kazakhstan. See Pixel Express, Herbal Cup, and LGC in our case studies.

What UI/UX design is and why your business needs it
UX is how your site works for people; UI is how it looks and feels — and your business needs both.
- UX — page structure, user flows, button copy, and the path from the first screen to a request or checkout.
- UI — typography, color, grid, components, animation, and mobile layouts.
A site without thoughtful UX can look expensive and still not sell, while a logical site without strong UI doesn’t earn trust. When the two are designed together, customers grasp faster why you’re better, fewer people drop off on the way to a request, and development follows an approved prototype — with no costly rework in code.
Website design pricing: what drives the cost
We quote website design services after the brief, once the scope and goals are clear. The price depends on:
- the number of unique page templates and interface states;
- how deep the UX research goes and how many flows the prototype covers;
- responsive layouts, animation, and illustrations;
- a design system for the team that will keep growing the product.
In turnkey website projects, design is already included in the price: a landing page starts from $800, a corporate website from $2,000, and an online store from $5,000. The consultation is free, and the estimate is locked in before work begins.
UI/UX design for SaaS and web products
UI/UX design for SaaS and web apps starts with user flows, not the homepage: what people do every day and where they might get stuck.
- a map of roles and flows, plus onboarding that needs no manual;
- dashboards, tables, forms, and filters people can work in for hours;
- empty, error, and loading states;
- a design system of ready-made components for building new features.
Our designer’s product-team experience matters most here: the mockups account for every state and development constraint, not just a “pretty homepage.” If you need the engineering side too, we handle web app and SaaS development.

Frequently asked questions
How much do website design services cost?
We quote standalone design after the brief: the price depends on the number of unique pages and interface states, how deep the research goes, responsive layouts, animation, and whether you need a design system. If you order a turnkey website, design is already included in the project price. The consultation is free, and the estimate is locked in before work starts.
How long does UI/UX design take?
Prototyping and designing a multi-page website takes at least 2 weeks, while a landing page launches in as little as 7 days, design included. The timeline depends on the number of unique screens, how ready your content is, and how quickly approvals happen; a web product with many user flows takes longer. We agree on a schedule after the brief.
Do you design in Figma, and will I get the source files?
Yes — we build prototypes and mockups in Figma and hand over all the files when the work is done. You get every page with its responsive layouts, a UI kit with components and styles, and access for your team. With those files, any designer or developer can keep evolving the site without us.
Can you design a website that another team will build?
Yes — you can order design on its own and give development to your in-house team or a contractor. We prepare Figma files with responsive layouts, a UI kit, component states, and animation notes, walk your developers through the logic of each screen, and answer their questions during the build. If it’s easier, we can take on development too: WordPress, React and Next.js, Node.js, or Python.
Do you do website redesigns?
Yes. A website redesign starts with what you already have: analytics, the customer journey, and the spots where people leave. Then we decide what to keep — a recognizable style, page URLs, the search visibility you’ve built — and what to design from scratch. That’s how we redesigned the Air Soft Shop online store, with easier catalog filters and a simpler checkout.
How many rounds of revisions are included?
Two rounds of revisions are included at the UI design stage. You approve the prototype separately, before any visuals, so major rework at the end is rare. You can leave feedback as comments right in the Figma mockups, and if new tasks come up after two rounds, we estimate them separately and tell you up front.
