Challenge
A truck and trailer repair shop in Milwaukee, USA, needed a website that tells a driver on the road, an owner-operator, or a fleet dispatcher within seconds whether the shop services their equipment, whether they can get help right now, where the shop is, and what information to give — and then leads them to a call or a service request.
Our solution
- A one-page website in English for the US market. The hero section names the service and the city right away, and the main action is a call. Six repair services — from computer diagnostics to trailer repair — are listed as separate items so drivers can quickly recognize their problem.
- A dedicated 24/7 block for roadside breakdowns, a look at the real shop, four steps from the first call to getting back on the road, FAQ answers, a short request form, and directions to the shop. The whole site comes down to two actions: “Call Now” for emergencies and “Request Service” for planned work.
Result
The page is built around two actions — a call and a request: the call button appears in the hero section, in the 24/7 block, in the FAQ answers, and in the footer, while a service request takes only a few fields.
