Challenge
A Milwaukee-based trucking company hauling Dry Van freight from its Wisconsin, Illinois and California hubs to both coasts needed a website for two audiences at once: experienced drivers who need a reason to join, and shippers who need a fast rate quote. The old one-page site was static, its forms opened an email app, and the rates and lanes on it were out of date.
Our solution
- A cinematic road-trip website: scrolling drives the truck from the Milwaukee hub at dawn to the California coast. Scenes change with a diagonal wipe, the road dissolves into pixels, and a clean “white world” lets visitors look inside a brand-new Volvo VNL 860 through five hotspots on a cutaway truck. The frames were created with AI and brought up to 4K, with separate vertical versions for phones.
- For drivers — an interactive experience-to-pay scale up to 90¢ per mile or $500 a day, the benefits, and a three-step application right on the page. For shippers — a dedicated block with a rate quote form. Then FAQ answers, a lanes map and 24/7 multilingual dispatch; the phone number and the “Apply to drive” button stay on every screen.
Result
The site leads two audiences to two actions: drivers to the hiring application, shippers to a rate quote. The key terms — pay, new equipment, the company’s own shop and home time — are visible before any form, and scrolling takes visitors along the same route the company’s drivers run.
