Retargeting win back visitors
About the service
Retargeting shows ads to people who have already visited your site — viewed a product, added it to the cart, or opened a form — but didn’t finish. It matters most when the buying decision takes time, the service is expensive, or your store sees a lot of abandoned carts.
We don’t show everyone the same ad for weeks on end. We split visitors into segments by behavior and how recently they visited, write a message for each one — an answer to an objection, a case study, a review, or a product reminder — and cap ad frequency so the ads don’t become annoying.
You get audiences set up in Google Ads and Meta, dynamic product ads for online stores, and a report on the leads that retargeting brought back.

How we work

Journey analysis
We find where visitors drop off and define the segments.

Frequently asked questions
How much does retargeting on Google and Meta cost?
We price retargeting after an estimate, and the consultation is free. The cost depends on the number of segments and messages, whether we run it on Google, Meta, or both, whether you need dynamic product ads from a feed, and how well event tracking works on your site today. Ad spend is paid to Google and Meta separately, and in retargeting it’s naturally limited by the size of your visitor audience.
How soon does retargeting start working after setup?
Setup and launch take as little as 5 days, but the campaigns need audiences to build up. If Google tags and Meta Pixel have been on your site for a while, your visitor lists already exist and ads can start serving right after launch. If we’re installing tracking from scratch, we have to wait for the audiences to fill, and how long that takes depends on your site traffic.
How do you keep retargeting ads from annoying people?
What annoys people isn’t retargeting itself but the same ad following everyone for weeks. We cap frequency, set a recency window, and write a separate message for each segment: an answer to an objection, a case study, a review, or a product reminder. People who already submitted a request or made a purchase are excluded from the ads.
What do you need from us to launch retargeting?
We need access to your website or Google Tag Manager, GA4, Google Ads, and your Meta ad account, plus a product feed if you run an online store. Tell us which pages and actions matter most and why customers put off buying, and send reviews or case studies for the creatives. If you get visitors from the EU, you’ll need a cookie consent banner. We start with a free consultation.
