Challenge
A concept website for selling a single luxury residence — a 60th-floor penthouse in Manhattan (a fictional listing created for demonstration). The goal was to show how to sell a $12.5M property not as a catalog of apartments but as one residence buyers want to see in person, and to lead them to book a private showing.
Our solution
- A cinematic tour: the Approach, the Arrival, the Flow and the Terrace unfold as you scroll, like a camera moving from the tower at dusk to a terrace pool above the city at night. Then a six-frame gallery of the residence and eight highlights, each revealing its own image on hover.
- The price gets its own screen — $12,500,000, by private appointment only. The showing request is signed by a named director with a photo and direct contacts, asks for a preferred date and promises a reply within the hour. Typography, a dark palette and gold accents speak the language of luxury boutiques, not listing portals.
Result
The site sells one property as an event: visitors take the tour, see the key highlights and the price without searching the page, and finish at the showing request. The concept demonstrates our approach to luxury real estate websites — for developers and agencies that sell each property individually.
